Subject: Well Done!!
Dear Mr. President and all MKA directors and staff,
G'day, I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate
everyone who put in effort in making the new MKA's website
a more attractive one. Well done guys and girls, keep up the
good work. however, I do notice that the forum section is
missing now. What a pity!! Hope the forum section can be
re-instore and allow every MKA's members to communicate,
update and to share with each other.
Once again, well done and congratulate on your good
work.......KEEP IT UP!!!!!!
Cheers,
Thank you so much for the compliments. You have given the team a shot-in-the-arm to continue to
work even harder. On the forum issue, it has always been the centre of discussions and
deliberations during the development and planning stages of the web. The analysis took into
serious considerations all the facts including researching the websites of other FCI member countries
around the world, resource constrain both financially and administratively and issues encountered
previously in the old website.
A forum requires round-the-clock monitoring and our non-profit organization can ill-afford to
hire a full-time moderator and administrator. As it is, the maintenance of this site is
currently relying strictly on voluntary contributions. In trying to learn from our more
established FCI fellow members' website, we concluded that a forum-based feature is not applicable.
We have explored most of the FCI members websites including those in the US, Asia-Pacific and Europe.
Nonetheless, we are sincerely appreciative and understanding of your constructive feedback.
We look forward to receive more constructive feedback from members and we will, if resource
and budget permit, strive to make our website one to reckon with basing on the feedbacks.
